Wildpainting Course Terms and Conditions (Müritz National Park)

  1. The course fee is €400 and this includes all art materials, food and full overnight accommodation (5 nights) at Forest Youth Centre Steinmühle (Jugendwaldheim Steinmühle).

  2. The course fee has to be paid to Kunsthaus Neustrelitz.

  3. Your reservation will become a certified booking when the payment of the full course fee has reached our bank account.

  4. When we receive your down-payment we will send you a written confirmation with information about the meeting point and location, the time of the course beginning and useful tips for your travels.

  5. A course will be confirmed to run latest July 31, 2016.

  6. Once a course is confirmed the course fee becomes non-refundable.
  7. In case it is decided that the course will take place, it can still happen that a participant would wish or need to cancel his or her registration before the first wildpainting session on August 16, 2016; if so, the course fee will be refunded as well, minus €50 administration costs.
  8. In case it is decided that the course is cancelled the participant receives a full refund of his or her registration.
  9. If you wish to cancel more than 1 month before the start of the course, the fee will be refunded. Later cancellations, once a course is confirmed, will attract no refund.
  10. For this course, there will be a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 15 participants.
  11. Any travel, or other arrangements, made for your participation in the course are entirely made at your own risk.
  12. You are responsible for transfer fees and bank administration fees. Please check the amount of these fees with your bank at the point of transfer and add any transfer fees that might be incurred with your payment.
  13. Payments should be made to Kunsthaus Neustrelitz, with mention of “Wildpainting Müritz 2016”.
  14. You should not to make any irreversible travel arrangements or bookings, until you have received confirmation that the course will run.
  15. In case there are not enough participants signed up, Treelines Productions reserves the right to cancel the course.
  16. In case Treelines Productions has to cancel a course, your course fee will be refunded. However, no liability can be accepted for any consequential losses (costs with regard to travel, lodging, etc.) you might incur.
  17. Treelines Productions reserves the right to make changes to the programme as necessary.
  18. Unless we have been notified explicitly of any dietary, or other requirements at the time of booking and have agreed to them, we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
  19. The participant consents to the use by Treelines Productions of any photographic, audio recording and video material from the course that might include myself.  In case you have objections, you should notify Treelines Productions before the course starts. If you have any query about the use of the photographs and recorded materials, please contact us.
  20. In case of a cancellation on the part of the tutor (e.g. due to illness) or if the venue needs to be changed the organizer reserves the right to provide for an equivalent substitute.
  21. The course fee does not include accident insurance. Participation in courses, trips and excursions is at your own risk. This also applies to the use of all tools and aids, all premises and buildings at the respective venues and at the living quarters. We advise all participants to take out their own comprehensive travel insurance to include cover of payments in the case of accident or cancellation due to illness or unavoidable circumstances, which might prevent their attendance.
